12:00 - Slow arrival, with tea
12:15 - Opening meditation + altar setting
12:45 - Gentle movement session
1:15 - Sound bath with reiki
3:00 - Snack break
3:30 - Fellowship session
4:45 - Closing Circle

▫️ Loose fitting/comfy clothes
▫️ 1-2 yoga mats - we will not sit on the floor, as a solemn promise! However we will be lying down for the sound bath.
▫️ 1-5 items* for the inspiration altar.
*Small totems or talismans that are personal to you and your journey, that you would like to be infused with the positive intentions of the group. Examples: pictures of loved ones; pictures of your younger self or a time that you would like to heal; ancestor photos - familial or inspirational in any way (artist or career you look up to, etc); fruit.

This is a free event, but we charge $40 for tea, drinks and snacks.
